Chicken breast pan seared and layered with prosciutto, spinach, and melted mozzarella cheese and prepared in a garlic, lemon, and white wine sauce and served with roasted potatoes and sauteed vegetables.

Burratta cheese filled ravioli breaded and fried and served over marinara sauce and topped with shaved parm.
